He was predeceased by : his father Earnest Chappell. He is survived by : his mother Josie; his children, David Craig (Lisa), Nicole and Justin; his brothers, Wesley (Sue), Greg (Teresa) and Jeff (Dawn); his grandsons, Luke and Samuel; and his close friend Terry Armstrong (Diane). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
