He is survived by: his son Jimmy Penney (Jane); his daughter-in-law Sandra Penney; his daughters, Nila Holland (Brian) and Norma Schiffman (Bill); his sister Martha Butler; his sister-in-law Bernice Penney; his grandchildren, Jamie Roberts (Jason), Shay Penney (Emily), Gina Osborne, Alan Marker (Lori), Lee Marker (Jennifer), Alli Lett, Ashlie Snead (Brian), Kaylin Lancaster (Colin), Christa Garrett, Emily Ondo (Dillon) and Joey Schiffman; his great grandchildren, Jakea, Dalton, Hunter, Lana, Connor, Derik, Eric, Hayden, Misty, Nathan, Ava, Abram, Porter, Lawson, Taylor, Brayden, Mary, Harley, Brock and Luke; and his great great grandchild Jayton.
