He is survived by : his wife Cassie Michelle Chapman; his children, Katie Alexis Chapman and Caleb Michael Chapman; his parents, Sherry Chapman and Mike Chapman; his brother David Chapman (Katie Rae); his nephews, Jackson Chapman, Kindal, Tres Gammill, Cody Kimbrell and Andy Kilgore; his grandmother Louise White; his uncle Steve Chapman (Julie); his parents-in-law, Debra Creel and Bill Creel (Jenny); and his sisters-in-law, Shanna Gammill (Wilson) and Tanya Kilgore (Rodney). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
