He was predeceased by : his parents, Winford Puckett and Edith Puckett. He is survived by : his wife Charlotte Puckett; his children, Joshua Puckett and April Puckett-Lloyd (Caleb); his granddaughter Josephine Lloyd; his siblings, Bobby Puckett and Sheila Conley (Wayne); and his nieces and nephews, David Wallace Jr., Heather Wallace, John Conley, Joe Conley, Derick Puckett (Jessica), Alesia Gilmer (Rickey) and Connie Condray (Brad).
