She is survived by: her children, Wayne Rice (Mary) and Carol Jean Campbell (Fred); her granddaughters, Jessica Campbell (Sara) and Amanda Key (Ethan); her great grandchildren, John Waylon Key and Jack William Key; her siblings, Elaine Chappell, Linda Wigington (Chuck) and James Chappell (Kay); and her great grandchildren, Evelyn and Mateo. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation or the Dementia Society of America.
