She is survived by: her significant other Gary Edwards; her children, Gary Phelps, Christopher Phelps and Kimberly Phelps; her daughter-in-law Tammy Smith; her grandchildren, Brian Phelps (Michelle), Jessica Trainor (Niki), Keely Phelps, Megan Plotz, Brittany Plotz, Kaylee Hope, Jakob Hope, Brittany Holmes, Brandon Gillispie, Nicholas Gillispie, Chelsea Phelps and Courtney Phelps; and her sister Hazel Dobson. She is also survived by two brothers and five sisters.
