She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Phares; and her former husband Ollie L. Mize. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Nancy Miggler (John) of Stillwater, MN, Faye Ervin (Chuck) of McCalla, AL, Rev. Richard L. Mize, Sr. (Kim) of Mulga, AL and Randy Brown of Selma; and her stepchildren, Lynn Smith (Randall) of McCalla, AL, William H. Phares, Jr. (Laura) of Helena, AL and David W. Phares (Cathy) of Homewood, AL.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (650 Circle Heights Cir, Bessemer, AL 35020).
