He is survived by: his wife Christie Ezekiel; his daughters, Jess Ezekiel (April) and Katelynn Ezekiel; his grandchildren, Noah, Donegan and Madelyn; his parents, Gwen Kiker Avery and James David Ezekiel (Suzanne); his siblings, David Ezekiel (Angela) and Karen Avery (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Brad Avery (Ashleigh), Wil Ezekiel, Holly Avery, Anna Ezekiel, Lauren Ezekiel and Audrey Ezekiel; his great-niece Ellie Avery; his mother-in-law Lynn Myers; and his aunt Connie Morrow (Bill). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
