He is survived by: his mother Stacie Porter; his stepfather Thomas Porter; his father Jason Weaver; his brother Jake Weaver (Haley); his niece Amelia; his sister Laci Porter; his aunts, Jennifer Latham (Charlie) and Nancy Hayes (Gordan); his godmother Susan Scruggs; and his grandparents, Nancy and Thomas Porter.
