She was predeceased by: her parents, James Marion Davis, Sr and Sarah Alenthia Chambers; her husband Albert Van Buren "A. V."; and her son Clifford "Cliff" Salter. She is survived by: her son Van Salter; her grandchildren, Johnathan Salter (Bridget), Angie Henderson (Parker), Nathan Salter (Kendall) and Ashley Virgin (D. J.); and her great grandchildren, Autumn Salter, Jaden Salter, Kathleen Salter and Rennie Salter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
