He is survived by: his wife Lauren Brooks; his sons, Caden Brooks and Jase Brooks; his mother Nancy Brooks; and his brothers, Jamie Brooks (Lisa) and Matt Brooks. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
