He is survived by : his father Leonard Kubik, Jr.; his brother David Kubik; his sister-in-law Emily Kubik; his aunts and uncles, Mike, Jami, Douglas, Leslie, Helen and Tom; and his cousins, Danny, Brian, Tom, Jr., Jackie, Kyle, Stephanie, Michael, Jonathan, Kat and Daniela.
