She was predeceased by: her husband James T. Parker; her parents, Clarence Certain and Jesse Certain; and her siblings, Clarice (Hite), Phillip Certain, Roger Certain and Conrad Certain.

She is survived by: her children, James Parker (Janice), Marilyn Willliams (Warren), Lisa Parker and Janice Venable (Ronnie). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
