He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Monger and Blanche Monger. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughters, Rebecca Collinsworth (Richard) and Susan Smith (Clint); his grandchildren, Rilan Collinsworth, Jenny Kritikos (Will) and Hayley Smith; and his sister Sally Spiro (Bernie). He is also survived by 3 great-grandsons, nieces and nephews.
