She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jerry Fouch Sr. and Doris Fouch; her husband Willie Sanders Carter; her grandson Antonio Carter; her siblings, Shannon Fouch, Nathaniel Fouch Sr., Cordy Fouch Sr. and Claudette "Judy" Oglesby; her siblings-in-law, Roosevelt Trunnel, Torrey Lewis, Curtis Jones, Bertha Fouch, Dorothy Fouch and Winnie Fouch; her daughters, Sandra Carter (Derrick) of Chicago, IL and Pamela White (Shawn) of Toney, AL; her grandchildren, Anthony Carter, Shamika White and Shawn White Jr.; her great grandchildren, Saniya White and Gianna Carter; her siblings, Jerry Fouch Jr., Larry "Doby" Fouch, Mattie Jones, Margaret Trunnel and Barbara Lewis; her sisters-in-law, Inell Fouch and Margaret Fouch; and her friends, Vee Hale and Jackie Harper. She was also cherished by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
