She is survived by: her husband Jim Kotouch; her children, Gary Kotouch (Janice) and Susan Hawk (Dane); her grandchildren, Katie Holland, Lacie Greene, Jamie Kotouch, Jackson Harrell, Seth Hawk and Kyle Hawk; and her great grandchildren, Barrett Peters, Gatlin Peters and Allie Greene.
