She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Escar Jesse Decker Sr. and Jessie Byrns Decker; her husband Ferril Sledge; her siblings, Irene Huey (Buddy) of Betty Tabor, E. J. and William Decker (Billy); and her children, Donna King (Ray) of Bowling Green, KY, Dedra Schulte, Keyesport, Dianna Penrod (Boyd) of Lewisburg, KY, Donald Houchens of Jamestown, KY and Dennis Houchens (Leanna) of Bowling Green, KY. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
