It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Benny Ray McManus of Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on September 5, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferris "Fed" Sherrell McManus and Irene Wright McManus; and his brother Col. Malcolm Sherrell McManus. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Whigham McManus; his daughters, Stacy McManus and Amy McManus; his son-in-law Andrew Odewahn; his grandsons, Wilson and James Odewahn; and his siblings, Col. James T. McManus, Wilson W, Philip E. McManus, Pharm and Charlotte R. McManus. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
