He is survived by: his wife Kathryn McPherson Whitt of Huntsville, AL; his children, Michael Whitt (Jennifer) of Birmingham, AL and Cynthia Gullatt (Fred) of Athens, AL; and his grandchildren, Lauren Gullatt Ancar (Lance), Caitlin Gullatt, Samantha Jane Whitt, Rileigh Brooke Gullett, Luka Micheal Ancar and Olivia Anne Ancar.
