She was predeceased by: her father George Franklin "June" Hovis. She is survived by: her husband David Spencer; her children, Virginia Spencer and Jason Spencer (Ashley); her mother Shirley Durham (Jim); her brother Bryant Hovis (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Leah Spencer and Aaron Spencer.
Due to COVID, the family will have a memorial service at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Ronald McDonald House or a local food bank.
