He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Blevins; his parents, Dillard E. and Minnie Blevins; and his sister Iva Nell Sandridge (Bill). He is survived by: his sons, Calvin Blevins, Jr. (Emily) and David Blevins (Laurie); his grandchildren, Jenny Sollie (Adam), Lauren Nevels (John), Sara Blevins and Jacob Blevins; and his great grandchildren, Sam Sollie and Emily Sollie. He is also survived by husband, father and grandfather.

Memorial donations may be made to Latham United Methodist Church.
