She was predeceased by: her parents, Brantley Taylor and Helen Taylor. She is survived by: her daughters, Leanne Brigance, Emily Black, Leah Brigance, Isabelle Black, Olivia Black and Lotus Brooks; her sister Marian Drayton Talley; and her nieces, Nancy Talley and Linda Talley.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to the Community Free Dental Clinic (2341 Whitesburg Drive Huntsville, AL 35801) in Carol's memory.
