She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Sanford and Laura Sanford; and her son Chris Brewer. She is survived by: her husband James "Dendy" Brewer; her son James Randall Brewer (Alice); her grandchildren, Janali Brewer, Cody Brewer and Justin Brewer; her daughter-in-law Tracy Brewer; and her sister Sandy Beal (Mickey).
