He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Weeks and Betty Weeks. He is survived by: his wife Chong Suk Weeks of Huntsville, AL; his children, Julie of Huntsville, AL. and John of Huntsville, AL.; his sister Jennifer Franzen of Hazel Green, AL; his nephew Joshua Franzen (Rachel) of Palmer, AK; and his niece Jessica Baltz (Byron) of Toney, AL. He is also survived by many cousins, friends.
A memorial contribution may be made to the PKD Foundation in place of flowers.
