He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Martha, Charles Leon "Chuck" Hawkins and Michelle "Mikki" Sario. He is survived by: his parents, Cristy Johnson and Charles Brian Hawkins; his stepfather Daniel Johnson; his sisters, Bethany Mitchell, Angel Johnson and Eagan Johnson; his grandparents, Cheri Jackson, Mark, Ted Sario, Carol Johnson and Steve; and his great-grandparents, Coy Jackson, Jr. and Yvette Walton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
