He was predeceased by: his parent Col. Thomas William Chapman. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Sue Yetter Chapman; his wife Nancy Lee Tate Chapman; his sons, Reece Stanley Chapman and Liam Cross Chapman; his brother Thomas William Chapman, Jr.; his stepdaughters, Kersten Brooks O'Steen, Emilee Ann O'Steen and Sophia Corrinne Pospelov; his nephew Dylan Patrick Chapman; his niece Laetli Chapman; his grandchildren, Hayes O'Steen, Noah and Emma Castrejon; his uncles, John Chapman (Judy) and William Yetter (Peggy); and his parents-in-law, Corrinne Bennett and Bill Tate (Connie Lambert).
Chris served as a volunteer and Board Member for the Ability Foundation which provided handicap doors and ramps in local schools.
