He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Clem William Akins III; his wife Frances Akins (Bristow); his children, Janette Rawls (Buddy) and Wyatt Akins (Lisa); his grandchildren, Logan Akins (Emily Corum), Kara Webb (Nick), Savannah Rawls Holman (Andrew), Cameron Rawls, Sophie Akins and Magnolia Akins; his great grandchildren, Lorelei Akins and Thomas Webb; and his siblings, Stan Akins, Glenn Akins and Sandy Milidonis.
