He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Jackson and Addie Fitzgerald Jackson; his wife Florence; his grandson Jonathan; and his great grandchild Aaron.
He is survived by: his children, Mark W. Jackson (Cheri), Susan M. Thoms (Donald) and Matthew L. Jackson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; along with man nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Berryhill Funeral Home (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
