He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones Collins; his children, Candace Stricklin (Randy), Kristy Forbes (Jim), Curtis Collins, Jr. (Kim) and Carla Curley (Damani); his grandchildren, Bethany Johnston (Jeremiah), Nathaniel Fazenbaker (Kelley), Stephen Stricklin, Alexis Collins, Emily Collins, Melanie Culver (Cody), Sara Stricklin, Brianna Stricklin, Monique Clark (Andy), Monique Curley, Elise Curley, Jocelyn Curley and Olivia Collins; his great grandchildren, Levi, Jenson, Bella, Conner, Noah, Maddie, Zoee and Lydia; and his siblings, Kelly Warren, Wynell Ladd and Betty Sanders.
