She was predeceased by: her parents, John Addison and Susie Grace Roberts; and her siblings, Jack Edward O'Neal, Juanita O'Neal Brown and Etherl O'Neal Santucci.
She is survived by: her husband John Walton Smith; her daughters, Michelle Cobb (Stephen) and Joye Darlene Smith; her grandson John Bradley Hiland; and her siblings, Arlene Roberts Dickey and Gerald Roberts (Dianne). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
