He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Bailey and Gene Bailey; and his sister Sue Allman. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bailey; his daughter Sandra; his son-in-law Neil Holmes; his grandchildren, Leah of Faversham and Elian Holmes of Faversham; his son Richard Bailey of London; his niece Katrina Kee; and his grandchildren, Ryan Kee, Shelby Kee, Joshua Kee and Alex Kee.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors.
