She was predeceased by: her son Brian Berg. She is survived by: her parents, Richard Crouch and Eleanor Crouch; her husband David Ezell; her children, Dan Berg (Jennie) and Jamie Lindsey; her siblings, Tammy Matthews (Jacque), Sherry DiCesare (Mark) and Bill Crouch (Sandra); her grandson Jensen Berg; and her pet Rocky. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
