He is survived by: his children, Kolbie White, Patrick White and Daniel White; his grandchildren, Nolan White, Raegan White and Mary Francis White; and his siblings, Debbie White, Ronnie White and Sherry Bozarth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
