He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hodge; his parents, David Mills and Pauline Mills; his grandson Jonathan Dean Mills; his great grandchild Noah Dean Winstead; his sister Judy McCall; his children, Dean Mills (Priscilla) and Debbie; his grandchildren, Jessica McCure (Marc), Logan Hurst, Jordan Gouldy (Justin) and Justin Greene (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Haleigh Raye Winstead and Everly Reagan Gouldy; and his stepgrandchildren, Colton Greene, Shyanne Livesay and Hunter Livesay. He is also survived by husband and father and spent almost 60 years married to his beloved wife.
He spent endless hours caring for his wife whom he lost to Alzheimer's in 2015.
