He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony B. Czachurski and Nona C. Czachurski; his siblings, Florence C. Hoelke and Edwin Bernard Czachurski; and his wife Helen Judy Czachurski.
He is survived by: his children, Judy C. Stephenson (Rae) and John D. Czachurski (Anita); his grandchildren, Elizabeth L. Stephenson, Rebecca S. Norton (James), Barbara M. Saunders (John), Adam P. Czachurski and Anna C. McDermott (Mike); and his great grandchildren, John R. Jack Saunders IV, Coen M. McDermott and Hannah R. Norton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
