He is survived by: his wife Bettye Jo Dixon Crutcher; his son Scott (Marietta Cook Crutcher); his grandson Colby Ray Crutcher; and his brother Richard O. Crutcher, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
