He is survived by: his wife Barbara Upton; his children, Tanja Upton and Donald Wayne Upton, Jr.; his nephew Shawn Key (Lataine); his niece Melissa Scruggs; his grandchildren, Brett Joseph Upton Lowery, Jessica Marie Upton McCune, Terrance DeShawn Martin, Kabrina Key, Ryan Springer and Seth Key; and his pets, Tiny, Abagale and Coco.
