She is survived by: her children, Danny W. Butler (Liz), Roy A. Butler (Shirley), Glenda Green (Steve) and Troy E. Butler (Kim); her grandchildren, Mary Beth Powers (Mike), Ashley Collier (Charles), Erin Butler, Kristen Bailey (Aaron), Luke Green (Jessica), Jonathan Green and Justin Butler; her great grandchildren, Sarah Atnip, Lauren Pack, Brandon Powers, Mackenzie, Nicole, Ellie, Emmy, Evie, Emma, Charlie and Owen; and her great great grandchild Oliver.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
