She was predeceased by: her husband Ray V Hembree; her parents, Kenneth Mutchler and Lillie Mutchler; and her sisters, Shirley (Tom) and Tanyia (Jim).

She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Hembree-Waters (Jeff) and Karen Forney; her grandchildren, Stephanie Forney and Steven Forney (Nathaly); her great grandchild Sabrina Forney; and her nephews, Ansel (Jeanie), Bruce (Becky) and Jay (Ally).
