He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Palmer and Ella May Palmer (Woodard). He is survived by : his wife Fay Palmer (Sue Pierce); his children, Jordan (Robin) and Lauren (David); his siblings, Carol Troy, Bill Palmer (Carine) and Andy Palmer (Heather); and his grandchildren, Whitley, Olivia, Reese Palmer and Holton Hooks. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
