With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas Joseph Railey Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 7, 2024. In the vast expanse of eternity, Douglas Joseph shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Douglas Joseph farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lieutenant Colonel Douglas J. Railey, Sr. and Virginia L. Railey; and his daughter Nakell. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his son Trevor; and his siblings, Richard, Catherine and Susan.
