She was predeceased by: her daughter Partcia Ann Smith. She is survived by: her son Gary Swearengin (Janice); her grandchildren, Jeff Smith Julie McNab (Todd) and Denice Kirby (Scott); and her son-in-law Sam Smith. She is also survived by 7 great Grandchildren.
