He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Humphrey and Rose Belle Gleason; his siblings, Roger Gleason and Margaret Gleason Hill; and his wife Bebe Jo Gleason.
He is survived by: his children, James Edmund Gleason, Andrew Hamp Gleason and Jo Beth Gleason-Jackson; his son-in-law Russell Jackson II; and his grandson Alex Jackson. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the U. S. Space & Rocket Center Educational Training Facility Building (1 Tranquility Base, Huntsville, AL 35805).
