She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Booth; her parents, Stafford Smith and Clarice Smith; her sister Alberta Bowden; and her nephew Scott Mahlar.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Booth of Huntsville, AL and Bill Booth (Kara) of Madison, AL; her grandchildren, Tonia Fewell (Jason) of Bessemer, AL, Stafford Booth of Madison, AL and Brion Hutson (Christina) of Pelham, AL; her great grandchildren, Katelynn Hagerla of Montevallo, AL, Kameron Hagerla of Nashville, TN and Kaylor Hagerla of Tuscaloosa, AL; her sister-in-law Barbara Mahlar of Monroe Falls, OH; her niece Beverly Rosen of Indialantic, FL; and her nephews, Bruce Bowden of Indialantic, FL and Shawn Mahlar of Stow, OH. She is also survived by great niece; three great nephews; two grand nieces; and five grand nephews.
