It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Rowland Ragland Sr. of Huntsville, Alabama, who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandson Matthew Tully Ragland. He is survived by : his wife Sue Turner Ragland; his sons, Edward Rowland Ragland, Jr. (Laura), John Tully Ragland (Amelia), David Butler Ragland (Beth) and Thomas "Tom" Wilson Ragland (Jenny); and his grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Ragland, Allyson Ragland Prince (Jonathan), Edward Rowland "Rowe" Ragland III and Mary Margaret Ragland.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Church of Nativity.
