It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Ann Neill (Huntsville, Alabama), who passed away on September 24, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Neill (Becky) and William Greg Neill (Laurie); her grandchildren, Cambron Johnson, Blake Neill, Zach Neill, Ben Neill, Jay Neill and Hayden Neill; and her brothers, Bobby Davis (Linda), Jerry Davis and Mike Davis.

“Troy, Ceci and I offer our sincere condolence on your loss of Liz - you both had such a major influence when we served together in Panama in 1968-69. You and Liz took Ceci and I under your 'wings' and provided much needed guidance for a 'new 2nd Lt. and his new bride. For over 50 years you and Liz kept in constant touch as both our families grew. Even though Ceci and were constantly moving due to my employment, you and Liz were always there for us! Our prayers are with you and your family.”
