She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lowe and Ervil Lowe; and her brother Wade Hampton Lowe. She is survived by: her husband Dewitt Westrope; her daughter Lea Anne Windham; her brother Robert Baker Lowe, Jr.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Tate Windham, Anne Westmoreland Windham, David Thomas Windham (Katie) and Robert William Talmadge Windham; and her great grandchildren, Emily Anne Windham and Henry Thomas Dewitt Windham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
