She is survived by: her husband Dr. Thomas Parnell; her children, Gina Cushing and Marc Parnell; her granddaughters, Valerie Hulgan (Scott) and Salma Parnell; her great grandchildren, Megan Hulgan, Ryan Hulgan and Katherine Hulgan; her brother Carl E. Brite Jr. (Joyce); and her nieces, Brenda Brite and Cheryl Durban (James). She is also survived by her brother and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
