She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burroughs and Lizzie Hunt Burroughs; her husband John Woods; her sons, William Wesley Woods and George Michael Woods; and her siblings, Frances Stinnett, Leonard Burroughs, John Wayne Burroughs and Buddy Burroughs.
She is survived by: her daughter Joann Arnold (Kevin); her daughter-in-law Janet Woods; and her grandson William Wesley Woods Jr.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
