Ashworth, Jr.; her daughters, Letetia Kestler (Steve) and Melinda Parrish (Everette); her grandsons, Brandon Kestler (Morgan), Russell Parrish (Katie) and Shawn Kestler; her great grandchildren, Avery Rose Kestler and Annaliese Marie Kestler; and her caregivers, Michelle, Kelly, Hayley and Gloria.
